Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Steffen Foullon, Ludwig-Rinn-Straße 8-16, 35452 Heuchelheim, Germany, Tel: +49160 2094235, Email: info@sauenhammer.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification about the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding the costs of delivery, immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

General Notes
Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that the goods are adequately protected from transport damage with suitable packaging.
Please do not return the goods to us "freight collect".
Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
