The Sauenhammer Rifle Sling

With the Sauenhammer rifle sling, you pull your rifle or shotgun firmly into your shoulder, ensuring a significantly steadier reticle and more control during the shot. Perfect for stalking and driven hunts. Simply place your supporting hand through the opening of the sling and pull the rifle into your shoulder using your upper arm muscles.

Sauenhammer redefines the design and functionality of rifle slings. The 17 cm long opening in the sling provides enough space to insert your supporting hand. Using your upper arm muscles, pull the rifle tightly into your shoulder. This provides much more stability when shooting freehand. The edges of the opening are neatly and high-quality stitched, ensuring comfort in the shooting position.

When carrying (shouldered rifle), the 2 cm wide opening ensures maximum comfort. The sling sits wide and securely on the shoulder. An anti-slip rubber coating on the back ensures additional grip when transporting the rifle. In summer, the opening also improves ventilation and reduces sweat.

The Sauenhammer rifle sling also uses the unique Non-Elastic Neoprene Technology. The neoprene in the hand-loop area is non-elastic, guaranteeing maximum stability in shooting position. The top and bottom are finished with high-quality black leather trims, each embossed with the Sauenhammer logo.

The lower leather section contains two cartridge loops. All common calibers from .222 to .375 H&H fit in the loops. They serve as an emergency reserve and are always readily accessible near the rifle.

As with all Sauenhammer products, the SH rifle sling can be individually adjusted to the shooter and rifle. This is done continuously via a robust metal buckle. The length of pull can be adjusted by 7 cm in total—suitable for all common stock dimensions and arm lengths.

Application

Insert your supporting hand into the Sauenhammer rifle sling and shoulder the rifle as usual. You can now pull the rifle much more firmly into the shoulder using your upper arm muscles. The increased stability ensures smoother swing behavior. You can track moving boar more easily during driven hunts. Upon shooting, muzzle rise is reduced by up to 50%. This helps you bring the reticle back on target faster. A second shot can thus be made more quickly if needed.
