It will be published at www.sauenhammer.de/drückjagdchallenge and on www.instagram.com/sauenhammer. SH Boarhammer expressly reserves the right to choose which user contributions and submissions will be published and will be done at your own discretion.
What are the general conditions of participation?
By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the terms and conditions of participation.
Name of the organization: Sauenhammer (SH Boarhammer)
Eligibility: All participants must have their primary residence in Germany. No rifles can be sent abroad. A valid purchase authorization is a mandatory requirement for participation.
Start and end of the challenge (Begin October 15, 2020 – Deadline January 15, 2021).
Prize: Merkel Helix Speedster in caliber 8x57IS and Semi Weight barrel. The EWB entitled winner incurs additional costs by registering the rifle when it is handed over. The dispatch is carried out via an official weapons dispatcher. SH Boarhammer is handling shipping costs.
Date of prize drawing: no later than seven days after challenge deadline.
Rules according to which the winner will be determined: Random lottery
Method of distribution of profits: Collection and dispatch can be arranged.
Disclaimer of liability for user contributions indemnification clause
SH Boarhammer is not liable for technical difficulties that may occur during data transmission. Also, SH Boarhammer is not liable in the event of SH Boarhammer Facebook page, Instagram or the challenge entry on the website www.sauenhammer.de cannot be reached. The contribution (pictures, video links and texts) of the participants cannot contain any insults, false facts, and competition, trademark or copyright infringements.
However, should third parties assert claims for infringement of their rights, the participant indemnifies SH Boarhammer from all claims. By participating in the competition, each participant undertakes to personally answer for any violations of the law.
Prizes
The prizes named within the general conditions of participation will be raffled. A cash payment is excluded. If, for any reason, a prize is no longer available, SH Boarhammer reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value. The winner must bear all costs that may arise from the challenge prize.
The prizes will be sent to the respective winners free of charge. Winnings will be shipped out within two weeks of announcement of the winners. Besides voucher-codes, which will be sent via email, prizes will only be sent to addresses within Germany. Shipping is not possible to post office boxes or packing stations.
Privacy policy
The participant agrees that the data collected, will be stored for the duration of the campaign, and only be used to send the prize. After the campaign, all data will be deleted.
The published content (images, videos) during participation in the competition will remain on www.sauenhammer.de and www.instagram.com/sauenhammer.

Change of conditions of participation – or early termination of competition
SH Boarhammer reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time, respectively interrupt or end a competition in whole or part for any important reason without prior notice. SH Boarhammer makes use of this option in particular if, for any legal reason, proper execution of the game cannot be guaranteed. If such termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, SH Boarhammer is entitled to demand compensation for the damage cause by this participant.

The hunting specialist from Suhl developed a stock that is tailor-made for the Helix system. The new SpeedStock is a plastic (thumbhole stock) construction that breaks new grounds for a hunting rifle. With the OmegaGrip, which is open at the top, the shaft concept combines two classic shaft principles into an ergonomic and fast new development.
